During the course of her extensive career, Ratika held leading positions as Partner and Senior Consultant Solicitor at high ranking, established law firms.

Ratika specialises in all aspects of UK Corporate, Business and Employment and Private UK Immigration Law and Nationality related matters. She is highly regarded for her professional reputation and expertise in the field of Business and Personal Immigration. Furthermore, Ratika travels on a regular basis in connection with client matters to act on their behalf and provide them with fast, efficient and innovative results.

In recognition for her Professional Reputation and Vast Experience in UK Immigration Law, she was honoured at a Ceremony at the House of Commons at the UK Parliament and felicitated with an Excellence Award in 2018 by Baroness Verma, House of Lords.

Loretta has 7 years of comprehensive paralegal experience particularly in the areas related to UK Immigration and Nationality Law, with an expertise in Corporate and Business associated Immigration to the UK.

Promoted as Senior Paralegal in 2019, Loretta’s experience includes:

• Conducting complex legal research for case laws and analysing prevailing legal positions and issues related to UK Immigration and Nationality Laws;
• Organising and managing detailed client files for presenting to Partners;

Qasim is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL) and was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan in 2018.

He has also been authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to practice as a RFL in England & Wales.

In Pakistan, Qasim has worked as an Associate in some of the leading Law Firms that are ranked in the Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, and Chambers Asia Pacific.

As a Paralegal Assistant at RPK Solicitors, Qasim is tasked with:

• Carrying out extensive legal research into UK Immigration law and Nationality Laws;
• Preparing draft legal opinions and detailed correspondences with clients;
• Attending meetings with the existing and prospective client of the firm and providing them with legal information;
