She is an internationally acclaimed lawyer with an established career spanning over 22 years of in-depth experience in UK Immigration Law and Legislation, Nationality, Residency and Visa related matters, leading some very high-profile client matters to a successful outcome and prompt conclusion.

During the course of her extensive career, Ratika held leading positions as Partner and Senior Consultant Solicitor at high ranking, established law firms.

Ratika specialises in all aspects of UK Corporate, Business and Employment and Private UK Immigration Law and Nationality related matters. She is highly regarded for her professional reputation and expertise in the field of Business and Personal Immigration. Furthermore, Ratika travels on a regular basis in connection with client matters to act on their behalf and provide them with fast, efficient and innovative results.

In recognition for her Professional Reputation and Vast Experience in UK Immigration Law, she was honoured at a Ceremony at the House of Commons at the UK Parliament and felicitated with an Excellence Award in 2018 by Baroness Verma, House of Lords.

With a Bachelor of Laws LLB.(Hons), Master of Laws LLM. in Public International Law with Merit from University College London, University of London, Ratika has been working in this area since she qualified and has helped a substantial number of individuals, as well as numerous families, and many new and established businesses.

Loretta has 6 years of comprehensive paralegal experience particularly in the areas related to UK Immigration and Nationality Law, with an expertise in Corporate and Business associated Immigration to the UK.

Promoted as Senior Paralegal in 2019, Loretta’s experience includes:

• organising and managing client files for presenting to partners

Qasim is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL) and was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan in 2018.

He has also been authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to practice as a RFL in England & Wales.

In Pakistan, Qasim has worked as an Associate in some of the leading Law Firms that are ranked in the Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, and Chambers Asia Pacific. 

As a Paralegal Assistant at RPK Solicitors, Qasim is tasked with:

• carrying out extensive legal research into UK immigration law and nationality laws
• preparing draft legal opinions and detailed correspondences with clients
• attending meetings with the existing and prospective client of the firm and providing them with legal information
• interpreting immigration laws, regulations, and rulings in legal documents
• handling confidential client or case information and creating reports for the team based on case specifications

Jyotsna is a foreign qualified lawyer from India, and she was enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Karnataka in 2020.

Jyotsna has extensive work experience in various practice areas of law including corporate, employment, and tax laws, as well as legal policy. With a background in international law and having studied and worked across multiple jurisdictions including India, the UK, and Israel, Jyotsna is efficient in adapting to the needs and requirements of her clients from various jurisdictions.

As a Paralegal Assistant at RPK Solicitors, Jyotsna is tasked with:

• Carrying out extensive legal research on UK Immigration and Nationality Laws;
• Drafting visa applications and other related documents;
• Analysis and input of legal data as well as proofreading legal documents;
• Completing official documentation and visa applications and writing reports on client cases;
• Managing client communication and meeting with the firm’s clients;
• Staying up to date with the latest changes to UK Immigration and Nationality Laws, Guidelines, and Case Laws.

Jyotsna has a first class dual BA.LLB (Hons.) degree from O.P. Jindal Global University and a Master of Laws LLM in Transnational Law from King’s College London, where she focused on human rights and cyberspace laws. She has also spent a term at Reichman University in Israel where she studied international politics and law.
